NYC Play Casting for Several Acting Roles

NYC Off-Broadway play is casting for several roles at the moment. For leading acting roles in this play, you must have previous on-stage experience performing in front of a large audience. For some extra roles, previous experience is a plus, but not necessary. Title of this play is still not released.

Greg (Lead Acting Role) – Father of 2 children (about 50 years old), wise, but depressed. His intellect leads him to be an unhappy person.
Alison (Lead Acting Role) – Greg’s wife, younger than greg (about 40). She is overly happy and enjoys life
James (Lead Acting Role) – Son to Greg and Alison. James is a star athlete, popular and good with the ladies. He is in high school (looking for actor age 18 – 26).
Dennis (Lead Acting Role) – Very smart, very shy. Lives in James’ shadows but is respected by his father.

Supporting / Extra Casting Calls for NYC Play

We are also casting for supporting roles in this off-Broadway NYC Play.
Lila (Supporting Acting Role) – 18 years old (actress should be 18 – 26). The ex-girlfriend of James. She is attractive and charming. The best thing that happened to James, but he does not respect her.
Sable (Supporting Casting Role) – 18 years old (actress should be 18 – 26). She is also attractive and fights for James’ attention.
John & Stan (Supporting Casting Role) – 18 years old (actor should be 18 – 26). James’ best friend.
Stacy (Supporting Casting Role) – 18 years old (actress should be 18 – 26). Dennis’ only friend.

Theatre extras will also will be needed for this NYC Play. Extra acting roles have not yet been defined, but if you do not fit one of these roles you are encouraged to audition as an extra and we will keep your name on file for when they give us a description of extra sets they will need.

To audition for this play you should be in the NYC area or be willing to travel. All acting roles are paid roles.
